Laminated Glass Recycling Machine is also named laminated glass crusher, it is specially used to crush waste laminated glass into pieces and separate interlayer film (PVB/SGP/EVA) at the same time. Its production capacity can be 1 ton to 10 tons per hour. 

Why recycle laminated glass is challenging ?

Laminated glass is widely used in automobile windshields and building glass . When it is no longer in use, most of it end up in landfills or incinerated because recycling laminated glass is challenging. Typical crushing machine would crush laminated glass without separating its attached interlayer (PVB/SGP/EVA) so that the glass cannot be reused. To recycle laminated glass and interlayer, we had developed a unique and unprecedented crusher machine. With this kind of machine, laminated glass can be crushed and the attached interlayer can be separated. The glass cullet and interlayer (PVB/SGP/EVA) all can be reused in different products.

Glass Cullet can be reused to make new glass products, fiberglass, construction aggregates, and other fields.

Interlayer (PVB/SGP/EVA) can be reused in new plastic modifiers, industrial paint, adhesives, and other fields.

This whole recycling line include 4 parts: feeding system, customized glass crusher , discharging system, dust collecting system.

1.Feeding system: 1 set of vibrating feeder, worker use loader to feed the laminated glass into vibrating feeder and then feeding to crusher.

2.Customized glass crusher: special internal structural design can crush the laminated glass into pieces and interlayer (PVB/SGP/EVA) will be separated from glass at the same time.

3.Discharging system: it include two sets of discharging belt conveyor for discharging crushed glass, one set of discharging belt conveyor and one set of vibrating screen for discharging separated interlayer (PVB/SGP/EVA).  

4. Dust collecting system: effectively collect glass dust to provide a clean and healthy working environment for the equipment running and the workers.
