Traditional way to separate PVB in whole piece, people need to use pre-pressing machine to break the dual layers of glass into small cullets, then put water inside windshield to wait it in 2--3 days, to ensuring the adhesive surface between the glass and the interlayer film is relaxed. But after use the Separator machine, the separated PVB film is still in broken status at most time. (see below picture).
Different with traditional recycling line, our machine is updated in new technology and it can separate the PVB film directly in whole piece, and the average time is around 1 minute. This is our core technology, and now it is already used in our client’s recycling site.
